General Terms and Conditions
**Welcome to Spa Ofuro.** By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Spa Services
- All reservations must be made in advance.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Please note that gift cards cannot be used for online reservations. To redeem your gift card, please contact us directly by phone or come in person. Thank you for your understanding
- Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.
- For hotel reservations, cancellations must be made 4 days in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50%. Cancellations made on the same day will incur a fee of 100%.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the check-in process.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time to accommodate subsequent appointments, without a change to the fee.
Accommodation Packages
- The accommodation packages include breakfast and two days of access to the baths.
- Access to the baths is available during regular opening hours and is subject to availability.
- Each hotel suite features a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
- Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Bath Facilities
- Guests must adhere to all rules and regulations posted in the bathing areas.
- To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, loud noises, running, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
- Outside of opening hours, access is limited to the hotel only. Walking around the property, including areas behind the hotel, is not permitted.
- You cannot access the spa area, the lobby, or the trails outside of opening hours.
- Guests with certain medical conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart problems, pregnancy) should consult a doctor before using the baths and before receiving a massage.
- Spa Ofuro is not responsible for any health issues arising from the use of our facilities or as a result of a treatment.
Payment and Fees
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services and packages.
- Please note that gift cards cannot be used for online reservations. To redeem your gift card, please contact us directly by phone or come in person. Thank you for your understanding
- All prices are subject to change without notice. They may vary based on peak times and availability. The price displayed at the spa is the applicable price.
- Taxes are not included in the prices displayed and will be added at the time of payment.
- Gratuities are optional but should be paid directly to the massage therapist; no deductions can be made at the reception.
Important information regarding our promotions
Promotions are only valid 24 hours after purchase and cannot be used on the same day.
Once purchased, all packages are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Changes to the booked date for a package must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being final, with no changes allowed and no refunds issued.
For couple/best friend packages, massages must be used on the same day of booking and cannot be extended or rescheduled.

Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They must be presented at the time of service and mentioned at the time of booking.
- Gift certificates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
- Gift certificates sold before 2023, issued by the previous administration, will be accepted until December 2025 only if they have a barcode starting with OFURO or DC. All other certificates will not be accepted.
- Certificates, gift cards, and agreements offered for free by the previous administration will not be recognized.
- Gift certificates older than one year, purchased for a specific service, will be redeemable only for the amount originally paid. The difference related to inflation must be paid at the time of redemption.
- Gift certificates must be used in full on the day of presentation. No balance will be carried over or refunded. Amounts ranging from $50 to $500 must be used entirely during a single visit. If you plan to make multiple visits, we recommend selecting several denominations to optimize your experience.
- Gift certificates cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
Liability
- Spa Ofuro is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
- Guests assume full responsibility for any damage or injury occurring during their visit to Spa Ofuro.
Privacy Policy
Spa Ofuro respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Modifications
Spa Ofuro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec.
