ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Inclusions
● Accommodation packages include breakfast and two days of access to the baths.
● Access to the baths is available during regular opening hours and is subject to availability.
● Each hotel suite features a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
Check-in and Check-out
● Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
● Late check-out requests may be accepted based on availability and could incur additional fees.
USAGE GUIDELINES
● Guests must adhere to all rules and regulations posted in the bathing areas.
● To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, loud noises, running, and disruptive behaviors are not permitted.
● Outside of opening hours, access is limited to the hotel only. Walking around the premises, including the areas at the back of the hotel, is prohibited.
● You cannot access the spa area, the lobby, or the trails outside of opening hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations must be made 4 days in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations on the same day will incur a 100% fee.
