What’s Included?

Access to the Thermal Experience: A first towel and lock are provided, with the option to rent a robe. For packages that include a massage, enjoy access to the baths, a robe, a first towel, and a lock included.

What should I bring?

 We provide a towel and a locker with a lock to secure your personal belongings. Robe rentals are also available on-site.

Relax in an atmosphere of absolute tranquility, perfect for complete disconnection.

Please note that swimsuits and sandals are mandatory, as well as a reusable water bottle. Wearing sandals is essential for your safety and the hygiene of your feet. *Helpful tip: you may bring a towel from home if you would like a clean towel at the end of the day. A second towel can be rented for $2.50.

Do you provide insurance receipts?

All of our massage therapists are accredited by a recognized professional association and can provide receipts for the amount of your massage. Our therapists adhere to a strict code of ethics, which is why the receipt is issued in the name of the person receiving the massage.

What are your general regulations?
  • MINIMUM AGE
    The minimum age requirement is 16 years, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • DRESS CODE REQUIRED
    Wearing a bathing suit and sandals is mandatory at all times.
  • RESPECT FOR SILENCE
    We kindly ask you to maintain silence to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all spa guests.
  • No smoking policy
    Smoking is prohibited on the premises and in the accommodations, but a designated smoking area is available.
  • COURTESY AND RESPECT
    Courtesy and respect are essential at all times, both among guests and towards our staff.
Can I eat on-site?
  • We have a bistro open from Thursday to Saturday..
  • On Monday to Wednesday, you are allowed to bring your own food if you wish to spend the day at the spa.
  • The bistro offers a wide selection of freshly prepared food, including:
    • Sandwiches
    • Cold salads
    • Soups
    • Juices
    • Healthy snacks
    • Drinks
  • Some items may vary depending on the season.
  • A wine list is also available at the reception.
  • No food from outside (lunch boxes, snacks, or drinks) is allowed when the bistro is open.
  • The bistro has seating available both indoors and on its outdoor terrace.
  • All food must be consumed in the designated bistro areas.
  • ALLERGY ALERT: : Some products may contain nuts or peanuts.
What are your reservation and cancellation policies?
  • All reservations must be made by phone or in person.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
    CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.
  • For the hotel, cancellations must be made 4 days in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations on the same day will incur a 100% fee.
    Late Arrival
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the check-in process.
  • Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time to accommodate subsequent appointments, without a change to the fee.
Gift Cards
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They must be presented at the time of service and mentioned when making the reservation.
  • Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  • Ofuro gift cards sold before 2023 and issued by the previous administration will be accepted until December 2025, only if they have a barcode starting with OFURO or DC. All other gift cards will not be accepted.
  • Gift cards and agreements offered for free by the previous administration will not be honored.
  • Gift cards older than one year, purchased for a specific service, will only be redeemable for the amount originally paid. Any difference due to inflation must be paid at the time of redemption.
  • Gift cards must be used in full on the day of presentation. No balance will be carried over or refunded. Amounts ranging from $50 to $500 must be used in full during a single visit. If you plan on multiple visits, we recommend selecting several denominations to optimize your experience.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
What facilities and relaxation spaces are available?
Information on saunas and outdoor pools:

Saunas:

  • We have an eucalyptus steam sauna, as well as two dry saunas.
  • The steam sauna and the large dry sauna are open at all times.
  • In summer, the small dry sauna is open only during peak periods.

Outdoor Pools for the Warm Season:

  • One outdoor pool heated to 103°F (39°C).
  • One outdoor pool heated between 90°F (32°C) and 103°F (39°C), depending on the temperature.
  • Four outdoor pools at ambient temperature.
  • The river.

Outdoor Pools for the Cold Season:

  • Two outdoor pools heated to 103°F (39°C).
  • One outdoor pool heated to 100°F (38°C).
  • One outdoor pool heated between 90°F (32°C) and 103°F (39°C), depending on the temperature.
  • Two cold outdoor pools.
  • The river.

Enchanting Outdoor Spaces:

  • Meditation room for a moment of calm and serenity while enjoying a seasonal tea.
  • Lounge chairs and hammocks for you to relax in complete tranquility.
  • Relaxation Room for a Soothing Break.
  • Terraces and gazebo around the river, providing an idyllic natural setting.
Note : Please note that some baths or sections may be temporarily closed during your visit. We strive to minimize noise to preserve your relaxation, and we thank you for your understanding.
