Hatha Yoga

A gentle and accessible session, ideal for gently awakening the body, improving mobility, and promoting relaxation. This practice combines mindful breathing, fluid sequences, and fundamental postures to prepare the body for the thermal experience.

Each session is unique and adapts to the rhythm of the moment.
It begins with a time of relaxation and conscious breathing, continues with sun salutations and a series of fluid poses, and then concludes with deep relaxation.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR WELLNESS EXPERIENCES

Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your wellness experiences will account for 50% of the total cost of the service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
