It generally includes an initial relaxation period, mindful breathing exercises, moments of mindfulness, and a final deep relaxation phase.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR WELLNESS EXPERIENCES

Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your wellness experiences will account for 50% of the total cost of the service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
