What is included?
  • Spa access for one: 1st towel and a lock.

  • Treatment packages of $65 and over: robe, 1st first towel and a lock.
What should I bring?

Bathing suit and sandals and a reusable water bottle. Sandals are mandatory at all times for your safety and foot hygiene. *Tip: You can bring a towel from home if you want to have a dry, clean towel at the end of the day. The cost of a second towel is $2,50.

What is “thermotherapy”?

Alternating hot and cold baths. Thermotherapy facilitates toxin elimination, strengthens the immune system, loosens the muscles and relaxes the body. Going from the gentle wet warmth of a eucalyptus-scented steam bath or the dry heat of a sauna to the refreshing cool of the river relieves tensions caused by stress and fatigue.

Do you provide receipts for insurance?

Each of our massage therapists is certified by a recognized professional association and can provide receipts for the amount of your massage. Our massage therapists are governed by a code of ethics. As such, the receipt provided will be in the name of the person who receives the massage.

What are your rules?
  • The minimum age requirement is 16.
  • Clients aged 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Wearing of a bathing suit and sandals is mandatory on the site.
  • Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the site.
  • Silence must be observed to optimize the relaxation of all spa users.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the site and in the guest rooms. A smoking area is available on site.
  • Showing courtesy and respect, to other clients and to the staff, is required at all times.
Can I eat on the site?
  • No food from the outside (bagged lunch or snack, drinks) is authorized on the premises.
  • A catering service on site offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, juices, healthy snacks and more. Certain products vary according to the season.
  • There are eating areas both inside the Bistro and outside on the terrace.
  • All food must be eaten in the designated areas in the Bistro.
  • ALLERGY ALERT. Certain products may contain nuts, peanuts.
What are your reservation and cancellation policies?

Treatments and packages:

  • All reservations must be made by phone or in person.
  • A valid credit card number is required; no amount will be taken from it.
  • Any cancellation must be made by 11 am 2 days before your appointment.
  • After this time, a penalty of the full amount will be charged to your credit card.

Accommodation:

  • All reservations must be made by phone or in person.
  • A valid credit card number is required.
  • A preauthorization for the value of the package will be taken from your credit card when you make your reservation.
  • A confirmation email detailing your stay will be sent to you the same day.
  • Any cancellation must be made by 11 am one week before your arrival date.
  • After this time, a penalty of the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
