The dry sauna: Dry heat (50°C) causes heavy perspiration and, by raising body temperature, stimulates all the organism’s functions.
The dry heat of the sauna activates blood circulation and metabolism, boosts immune defences and soothes ills—rheumatism, insomnia, stress, allergies and more.
The steam bath: In a room that can accommodate seven to 10 people. Steam suffuses eucalyptus oil and the second one with orange oil. The ambient temperature is at 50°C. This beneficial atmosphere, enjoyed five to 10 minutes at a time at most, helps rid the skin of impurities and eliminate toxins. Make no mistake: some cardiovascular effort is required to adapt the organism to the heat, but the added effort acts to tone the heart and blood vessels, while loosening muscles tensed by stress and fatigue.
The whirlpool bath The relaxation continues. The heat of the water and the jets further relax tense muscles. Baths are betweeen 35°C and 40°C.
The dip in the river or cold bath: Immersing oneself in cold water after a session of warmth (steam or sauna) increases cardiovascular activity and stimulates all the organism’s functions. In Japan, cold water has been used for centuries to boost circulation and relieve rheumatism and inflammatory conditions.
Eating area / Bistro : A catering service on-site offers a variety of sandwiches, cold salads, soups, juices, snacks, beverages. Some products differ depending on the season. The Bistro offers places both inside and on its outdoor terrace. * No food from outside (box lunch or snack, drink) is allowed on the premises.
